COVID-19 Update
We want to thank you for your continued support of Arroyo Vista Nursing Center. We have learned much about COVID-19 over this time, and continue to update our infection prevention protocols in response to the updated guidance and directions we receive from CMS, CDC, and State/County/Local Health Departments and authorities. We currently do not have any confirmed COVID-19 cases within our facility. We are grateful for your trust in us as we work hard to keep you or your loved one safe.
